I LOVE Halloween. I love it. I mostly love it because I am obsessed with costume ideas, cialis generic and making mine from scratch every year. YES, viagra canada I go over the top most of the time. I usually show up to a party dressed in the most extravagantly weird outfit (like this). And yes, I am okay with that. However, one of the things that I don’t always enjoy are the decorations that fill the stores close to the holiday. They’re just so, well…creepy. And ugly. Mostly ugly. Who designs these horribly coloured skulls and ghosts and whatever else goes along with it? Well, I decided I would re-design one of the many weird decorations and make it suit my home a little more!
Styrofoam skull – I got mine at Michaels
Primer paint in white
Acrylic paint in assorted colours
So simple! First paint your entire skull with white primer paint. One or two coats should do it. Then, once that’s dried, paint it with whatever base colour you’d like to use. Then the rest is up to you! I made a few different shapes and dots. That’s it! Easy peasy. SO much cuter, and my style.
Adorable. Well….adorable for a skull. Hah. The colours really pop and I love this pattern I’ve made up!
Yay! So much fun. You all need to go down to your local Halloween decor store and re-envision how you could make some of the decor look in your home. It doesn’t have to be all doom and gloom, folks. Let’s brighten this holiday up!
