You guys. Seriously.
You should You MUST make this chocolate. It’s a game changer. It’s quick, viagra canada pills easy and incredibly tasty. AND the best part is you can mix it up with different toppings. It’s my favourite treat to make, viagra pharm and my husband loves it, which is a bonus. Also it’s kinda healthy. It only has 3 ingredients, and I made it three different ways so you can choose your fave and go from there. I know. I’m the best.Raw Chocolate adapted from This Rawsome Vegan Life
To make you will need: (per batch**)
1/3 cup Coconut oil – liquified
1/2 cup maple syrup (or your sweetener of choice, like agave syrup etc, just make it ‘au natural’)
3/4 cup cocoa powder
**I made three different batches, because I wanted to put three different toppings on. So basically I tripled the ingredients. You can choose to make a single batch and just make one type, or do all three! Once you’ve decided, measure your ingredients into your separate bowls, THEN mix each batch until it is smooth. I used a hand beater but you could easily do it with just a whisk. Your call! Then I spread each of them out onto separate sheets of wax paper which I fit into three different cookie sheets.
Peanut butter (natural) – Scoop a fork full and drip it over top of your first slab of chocolate
Sea salt – as much as you’d like to sprinkle on top of your second slab of chocolate
Toasted coconut – toast some shredded unsweetened coconut in a frying pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it just starts to brown, then sprinkle it over your last slab of chocolate
After you’ve put your toppings on, place the cookie sheets into your freezer and wait for it to harden. It shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours. Which feels like a loooooong time when you know what you get to eat. Suggestion…make a beautiful chai latte for your wait, and sip away while you’re anxiously awaiting the chocolate .Once it’s hardened, remove your slab from the cookie sheet and cut it up into any shape you’d like. Break it up like bark, or cut it into squares. Then eat it immediately! If you aren’t planning on eating it all in one sitting which I’ve never done, ever (I have), then place the cut up pieces in a freezer safe container and keep it in your freezer. And munch away whenever your little heart desires.Yumm! My favourite combo is the sea salt. I know it’s simple but it’s just SO good. I loved the toasted coconut as well. Peanut butter was my husbands favourite.
I think you should try it out this weekend! It would be an impressive treat to whip up for your Thanksgiving guests, and they won’t know it took you no time at all, which is important I suppose.
In other news, my sister is having a baby on October 15th and I am SOOOO excited for her and her family. I can not wait to see this little babe even though it will have to be through skype and pictures, which is not the best, BUT I will take what I can get! Go Lisa, Go!!!!!
